Returns and Refunds – Damaged or Defective Items

I only process returns and refunds for countries within the EU.

We accept returns and offer refunds for items that are defective or broken upon arrival. If this is the case for you, we sincerely apologize. In such cases, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

  • Photo(s) of the item(s)

Note:

  • Returns are possible up to 14 days after receiving the items.

  • If the items are not found to be damaged or broken upon inspection, we will not be responsible for the return shipping cost, but we will refund the cost of the product.


Change of Mind Returns

I only process returns and refunds for countries within the EU.

We accept returns for items you no longer want upon arrival. We offer refunds for the product, but shipping costs are not refundable. We do not offer free shipping for these returns.
